Hello everyone! I have submitted my blog to the Show us your life singles Friday on Kelly's Korner. I am a hard working 27 year old single mom to a wonderful 6 year old daughter. I'm a receptionist at a school but trying to get accepted to Nursing school for the fall. Oh Wednesday!

Well today was the first morning since May 28 that I haven't had to get up early for school. I am so glad that I finally finished that class and can relax until August when my next classes start. I slept in this morning because I'm not feeling too peachy...I started with sinuses and coughing about 3 days ago and it is progressively getting worse.. hopefully I will be feeling better soon. I am at work right now waiting for registration to begin so that all the kiddos for next year school year can come back. I'm gonna be planning on some stuff for me and my KK to do this month, just not sure what just yet..well gotta get to work..have a great day everyone...

Finals

Well, I had my final today in Anatomy and Physiology 1 lecture...not sure how I did, but hopefully pulled through...It didn't help that I must have turned my alarm off when it went off at 6am cause I finally woke up at 7:25am and had to be at school at 8. I hurried and got dress then shot out the door, praying to God he would keep me safe, so I could get there to take my test. He came through, I got there at 7:55. I took my lab practical yesterday and made a 94 on it so I am super glad about that. My schooling is over until August now so I can spend time with my daughter the month of July. Well just relaxing until I have to go to work today for registration. Hope ya'll have a great day...

Starting Out

Well hello everyone!!! My name is Heather Black...I'm gonna try out this blog thing...I might not have that much going on in my life, but "Hey" why not blog about it!!! LOL...I am a 26 year old single mother to the sassiest little 6 year old girl I know... her name is Cadence Michelle and she is my world. I currently work as a receptionist at an alternative school, but trying to get accepted into Nursing school in August...wish me luck. We live in a little town called Carriere, MS. I have lived here since I was born except for 4 years that I lived in Laurel. I am a very family oriented person. I wouldn't be where I am today without the help and encouragment of them...I have been through alot with things and they have helped me to get better. I go to a Independent Baptist Church where I just got saved on Friday, June 17th...it feels so good to know that I am now a child of God and going to be in Heaven one day. My little girl is going into the 1st grade and I can't believe how fast she is growing..well guess that's all I will write at this time...hoping to keep up daily with this now...
